I’ve used Printify on and off over the years, and there are both positives and negatives. Overall, the products are good quality, and the prints usually turn out well. That said, I’ve encountered a few issues where the work felt sloppy. On the bright side, the design tool is user-friendly, and the mockups look fantastic. My biggest complaints are about the pricing and shipping. Some items, like postcards, are priced ridiculously high—I suspect it’s to make their “premium” pricing option look like a better deal. Shipping costs can also be inconsistent. For instance, shipping postcards and stickers just don't make sense, but shipping for journals seems more reasonable. Lastly, turnaround times are longer than advertised. While they often claim 1-2 days, you should realistically expect 4-5 days, and if your order still isn't ready by end of day Friday expect it to go out next week. It's really hard to advertise a correct processing time for customers so it's best to say 4-5 days in my opinion.

I like the app but it could do with more print on demand products to work with. Especially on the kitchen and bathroom which is limited. We need more household products please.

I started using other websites to help print out my designs and a few things just seemed off about them, they never had certain things that i could design, shipping was crazy expensive etc: but once i came across printify all of these problems vanished, its simple and good quality production is the best ive used

So far so good, I'm new but I must say, the steps are user friendly, wish it was easy to get the facebook pixel code though. For people like me who are not so survey with IT. Other than that I've been cruising.

For my brand, I create unique mockups with my own backgrounds, t-shirt styles, and accessories to showcase Mystic Tee in a way that aligns with my aesthetic. Currently, there’s no direct way to easily migrate these custom visuals to match each specific product variant in Printify. While the standard mockups are functional, they don’t always capture the personalized branding that makes my designs stand out. Having a feature that supports uploading and syncing custom mockups—without the need for additional workarounds—would make the platform even more versatile and appealing for businesses like mine. Overall Experience: Highly Recommended with Room to Grow Despite this one limitation, my overall experience with Printify has been excellent. At first I thought it's complex!!But with basic design skills, it's very easy to create products. Just Try It!! Just Do It!!

Printify makes it so easy to go from idea, to product, to customer hands. The things I have had issues with the customer service has been right there until handled and then even backup after the fact. Impressed.

Was confused as did not realise payments were not sent directly between Shopify and printify…should have been somewhat clearer

Printify is TRASH if you need personalized products. Works fine for regular orders, but the personalized order system is broken and buggy. After following all the instructions (which are contradictory) the personalization only works if I place an order through my own system, not for anyone else. It automatically sends to production the "placeholder" item. And even though I followed all instructions and the Printify technical helpdesk couldn't troubleshoot the problem, Printify wouldn't reimburse for the hundreds of dollars worth of incorrectly printed items. Even if I order myself, it will work for one order and then won't work for another item order placed immediately after. I have to cancel my own orders and re-submit until it allows me to review, edit and manually submit. No matter what settings we've tried, Printify will automatically submit orders that need review/edit/manual submission. Their tech support can't fix it, and they won't reimburse for the incorrect orders their system sends to production. AVOID PRINTIFY FOR ALL PERSONALIZATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
