Excellent Shopify App! I've used it for many years. It's very easy to use and includes all the features I need to take preorders.

Getting customer support can be tricky if you are a business in Australia, as the PreOrder Now team works 9am-5pm (EST), as this is essentially overnight for us. In saying that I was able to get my issues resolved, it just took a week instead of probably an hour.

Great app, love it and use it on and off ALWAYS. Personalised customer service is so quick too. I've tried other apps and they have been hopeless.

Very useful when we're doing preorders. Easy to use and the staff is also quick when you have an issue or question.
