Terrible app. I download this app for my store on a Saturday. Only to have my privacy invaded by messages on my customer message portal. So unprofessional and there is better apps out there. Avoid. I wish I had never downloaded this app. I have deleted it and I am still being harassed via my chat on my website. They do not respect personal boundaries and they are abusing my chat function. Stay away from this app and don’t use it. They don’t leave you alone. The harassment continues.

Great customer service! I had some issues trying to set up the app and they responded in less than 1 minute. Also, the assistant ho helped me was very friendly and took all the time needed to fully understand what my issue was. I'm still not sure whether the app will be compatible with my store, but if this is the level of customer service they provide I'm sure they will be able to make it work.

Support from these guys was outstanding. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement! We required a LOT of custom work to be done to make sure the Pre-Order Bat fitted the look that we required for our Shopify theme. All requested were met (and there was a lot of requests!). The result was exactly what we asked for and it was a real pleasure communicating back and forward with Ankit and the Pre-Order Bat team! I only downloaded this app today, its easy to navigate, I had a few issues getting the preorder button to work and customer service helped get this done straight away, I'm very happy with this app
