This app has plenty of options and integrates easily into my theme (Crave). The developers are responsive to feedback and questions and helpful, showing initiative to improve and iterate on the app.

For basic pre-order/stock notifications Bat is ideal, easy to install & use, same basic functions as paid apps without the restrictions of "free trial" accounts. Support for set-up and trouble shooting is excellent, quick to respond with concise answers/instructions as well as follow up emails to confirm issues are resolved.

We just started using this app, but so far as been a great onboarding experience with support pre-emptively contacting to see if there was anything they could help with. Minor issue that was resolved within 10 minutes (thanks, Vinay!). So far has been very easy to setup and user-friendly. Also using for back in stock notifications as Klaviyo-theme coding has not been working as well with frequent theme updates. So far, so good!

Vorbestellungen sind super einfach zum anlegen. Man kann alls Konfigurieren was nötig ist. Die App ist zwar auf Englisch und kann keine UTF 8 Zeichen (also kein ÖÄÜ) aber das kann verschmerzen. Für eine Kostenlose App absolut grandios.

After failing a few times, I decided to try an app. This one was the first I tried, and it seems to be just what I needed. I am excited to give this a go. Terrible app. I download this app for my store on a Saturday. Only to have my privacy invaded by messages on my customer message portal. So unprofessional and there is better apps out there. 
Avoid. I wish I had never downloaded this app. I have deleted it and I am still being harassed via my chat on my website. They do not respect personal boundaries and they are abusing my chat function. Stay away from this app and don’t use it. They don’t leave you alone. The harassment continues and i have woken up to yet another abusive message on the chat function of my website. This Company needs to learn about boundaries and not harass people on a Saturday. A lot of people work and do updates on a Saturday and i don’t expect to be hounded. I had a message from someone called Sam P this time,i won't post the content here as it's offensive. This company is bullying me due to the fact i left a review. I thought reviews were suppost to be an honest experience and i am only sharing mine. If the harassment and bullying doesn't stop i will be taking this further and going to the police. Stay away from this app as you get hounded and they don’t know when enough is enough.
