The customer service on this app is phenomenal! They jumped right on a call with me to help me integrate the search bar into my store, and worked alongside of me to ensure that everything would work perfectly before going live. It's also very customizable. Definitely a great option for businesses of all sizes.

The plugin seems to be very good and the support is especially helpful. I'm definitely not using 100% of plugin capabilities and it's already been a good addition to my shop.

We haven’t gone live with Prefixbox yet, as it’s currently installed on our testing theme and will officially launch this Saturday. We’ve already tested it on the test theme, and since it’s powered by AI, we’re confident it will perform even better once it’s live. So far, the experience has been excellent — the support team is outstanding, very responsive, and always willing to accommodate our requests. We asked for quite a lot of customisation, and they set everything up exactly as we wanted. It’s been a real pleasure working with them so far, and we’re looking forward to seeing the full results after launch.

I installed Prefixbox AI Search & Filter on our site this week, and I'm genuinely impressed. The difference it's made to our website's user experience is noticeable, finding products is much faster, easier and more accurate. What really sets Prefixbox apart, though, is their customer service. Aaron and the Prefixbox technical team were incredibly helpful during the initial setup, guiding me through the optimization process. I even stumbled upon a small bug, and they jumped on it immediately, pushing out a fix within hours! That level of responsiveness is rare and truly appreciated. I highly recommend Prefixbox if you're looking for a powerful and well-supported search solution.

Great app, super full in features and functionality.

The search is quite a bit more sophisticated than the Shopify default, really adding to the functionality and usability of my store. The Prefixbox team was quite pleasant to work with, going out of their way to get me properly set up.

I have absolutely no hesitation in leaving a 5-star review for this addon and the developers and the customer service/support. The base search and filtering in shopify was total junk for my purposes. I tried every single one of the other, more "popular" Search & Filter addons, many of the "industry standards", I won't name names, but they are all highly reviewed with hundreds/thousands of installations. They also did not provide an acceptable solution to my needs, felt clunky, slow, and unflexible. I found PrefixBox on the Shopify Appstore and I was initially a little concerned that it didn't have hundreds of 5* reviews like some of the other apps but let me tell you, I'm so glad I gave it a try.. I installed it, configured it with 90% of what I wanted, I had a couple slight issues that I was planning to look at the following morning and out of the blue I receive a phone call from PrefixBox customer services the next morning, checking in to make sure I was happy with how it was working, could they help with anything, anything I don't quite understand. I was absolutely blown away. I explained the couple of minor issues I had and they were on the case, tailoring and customising the application *exactly* how I wanted it to work. Honestly I've not had an experience so positive in a long time (if ever?). Please, give these guys a chance, even if it doesn't do things *exactly* as you want, they can work beautiful magic. I'm blown away. 100% worth the monthly subscription, and I'm comfortable in the knowledge that if I have a problem, I can reach out and they won't stop until it's perfect. A++++
