I found this order tracking app, and I'm glad I tried it out it is very easy to install works very well, and looks great with lots of features I highly recommend this app if your store needs an order tracking app

The app is easy to use and I like how it keeps getting better with updates. My customers are happier now because they can see where their orders are.

I had an issue with this app as it is showing products in wrong currencies when customer track their order. Contacted their customer service multiple times and every time they say they fixed the issue and it will be implemented tomorrow. I am still waiting for this since weeks now!

Postship tracking app are a lifesaver, and I no longer need to manually check shipping statuses. Plus, the customer support team is responsive and helpful, making sure any issues are quickly resolved

i downloaded this app 1 month, i did not delete it yet because i didn't have time to set up a new tracking app yet, horrible service, they take 5 days to response back, never solve a single problem from your request, i had multiple times i can't count that i wanted to get help. THey said yeah will look into it, never never, multiple times like that. i even said, i don't subscribe the paid plan yet not because i plan to use the free one, but i want to see their service and how the app worth. OH ITS NOT FREE.

Lovely app, they have really good interface and their page actually drives revenue, I have never seen tracking page as a channel to increase orders but the way they have optimised it, it works pretty well and adds about 7% additional orders for us over the last 1 week. I will definitiely recommend trying them out

Love the app and the team. Very responsive and a great app to drive revenue, They have completely changed our post purchase flow and today we are able to drive 12% revenue from the tracking pafge. Must have app. They also have reasonable plans

This app is a Waste of Time, Firstly the user experience is poor, the email notifications and SMS notifications after I had spent an ample amount of time customizing them to my liking and testing them and saving them within a few hours it was GONE I had to start from the beginning (not the biggest issue) The biggest issue comes from the Department that is supposed to fix your problems, the contact support team, its a Joke, First they dont reply AT ALL I WAS WAITING FOR A REPLY FOR 7 HOURS, SEVEN! AND I AM STILL WAITING. THEY HAVE SEEN THE MESSAGE BUT CHOSEN NOT TO REPLY. Moreover the status changing of an order takes a load of time, and there are only two options for it (out for deliver & delivered)! then the MOST INFURIATING PART the emails and SMS would NOT GO THROUGH THEY WOULD NOT AND WHEN I ASKED FOR THER HELP THEY GHOSTED ME, ITS LIKE YOU ARE CHATTING WITH A TOXIC EX, Maybe they will up their service for you guys because they sure as hell didn't for me.

I was using Aftership before this, they claim to have a free plan but nothing works in that. Their support is terrible, Postship is a very nice product. Love it after having switched to them

They have the smoothest product, I love how easy it is to use. After implementing their address change feature, we are facing 80% reduced requests from customers asking to change their wrong address . This is killer app

I would never install this app again even if its totally free. The most orders have been labeled PENDING like forever even though they had been delivered already. Asking this issue to the support, they'd never replied. Are they still running their business? Now I am so happy with TRACK123.

no email is being sent either from my side not from their. no status update. changing email sender is not working as no confirmation mail is delivering. the support girl just disappeared 2 days ago without any further sign of life.

I've been using PostShip for a month and it's awesome! It helps me keep track of everything and the tracking page looks really nice. It's a big help for my store.

This is a really good and affordable app in the app store. I have tried others. Most of them have really bad support and don't sync order statuses often enough.
