Scam Alert! Hidden Charges After Free Orders I installed Postship because there was no subscription fee at the time of installation, and they claimed to offer 100 free orders. But as soon as I completed 100 orders, they suddenly charged me $11 without any warning. After 24 hours, their support team said I had exceeded the free trial limit, even though they also offer a 7-day free trial on paid plans. I requested a refund, but they refused. This is a scam. Be careful!

SCAM here in shopify they show free but when you install they say only 300 per month is free. Say it here only that only 300 per month is free like others are saying.

I had an issue with this app as it is showing products in wrong currencies when customer track their order. Contacted their customer service multiple times and every time they say they fixed the issue and it will be implemented tomorrow. I am still waiting for this since weeks now!

i downloaded this app 1 month, i did not delete it yet because i didn't have time to set up a new tracking app yet, horrible service, they take 5 days to response back, never solve a single problem from your request, i had multiple times i can't count that i wanted to get help. THey said yeah will look into it, never never, multiple times like that. i even said, i don't subscribe the paid plan yet not because i plan to use the free one, but i want to see their service and how the app worth. OH ITS NOT FREE.

This app is a Waste of Time, Firstly the user experience is poor, the email notifications and SMS notifications after I had spent an ample amount of time customizing them to my liking and testing them and saving them within a few hours it was GONE I had to start from the beginning (not the biggest issue) The biggest issue comes from the Department that is supposed to fix your problems, the contact support team, its a Joke, First they dont reply AT ALL I WAS WAITING FOR A REPLY FOR 7 HOURS, SEVEN! AND I AM STILL WAITING. THEY HAVE SEEN THE MESSAGE BUT CHOSEN NOT TO REPLY. Moreover the status changing of an order takes a load of time, and there are only two options for it (out for deliver & delivered)! then the MOST INFURIATING PART the emails and SMS would NOT GO THROUGH THEY WOULD NOT AND WHEN I ASKED FOR THER HELP THEY GHOSTED ME, ITS LIKE YOU ARE CHATTING WITH A TOXIC EX, Maybe they will up their service for you guys because they sure as hell didn't for me.

I would never install this app again even if its totally free. The most orders have been labeled PENDING like forever even though they had been delivered already. Asking this issue to the support, they'd never replied. Are they still running their business? Now I am so happy with TRACK123.
