Amazing App—So Easy to Use! I absolutely love Pop Convert! It’s incredibly easy to use, and the pop-ups and banners work perfectly. Just started using the app and so far it's pretty good. Very intuitive and they have a bunch of different nice looking templates.

Installed their Add to Cart pop up this morning and it has COMPLETELY broken our site. All ADD TO CART buttons on our site have stopped working, so sellers can't buy anything. This is as bad as it gets, and yet there is absolutely no urgency on their part to fix this for us. We deleted the app but the residual code is still on the site and has essentially SHUT DOWN OUR BUSINESS altogether. Utter garbage of an app with equally abysmal level of customer service.

I like that this app has a sticky banner option for coupon codes- I was using a differnt app before and the pop-up was the only option. Friendly and prompt chat service was provided as well!

I found Pop Convert quite user-friendly. Options and steps are clearly labeled and intuitive. I've needed simple pop-ups so far (ie. an announcement) but I really like how there's tools/options to do pop ups for specific goals like a promo, coupon, product, etc. I am eager to try them and improve my website's pop-up game!
