They are very attentive and friendly. They always respond within 24 hours. I had a very specific problem because the confirmation emails weren't arriving to the customer's email, and they resolved it the same day the minor issue arose. I also made a special request because I needed to redirect account creation from the basic Shopify form to the form created with Pify, and they granted it. The app is very functional, has everything you need, and is very simple and intuitive to use. It has some very elegant designs, and its prices are very affordable.
