I've send them multiple messages but never got a single reply. The app does a decent job but not very user friendly and has a lot of limitiations. Edit: over 1 month later still no reply, not even on new messages. So changed to 1 star.

Jag fick ett problem som jag frågade chatten om men de svarade aldrig och det stod att de inte hade varit aktiva på 1 vecka.

Die App hat viele Einstellmöglichkeiten und bietet einen tollen Bundle Maker. Für meine Anwendung könnten noch 1-2 Funktionen dazukommen (Doppel Bundle nicht möglich). Deshalb ein Stern Abzug. Der Kundenservice ist außerordentlich gut und schnell. Er unterstützt einen bei der Einbettung in seinem Shop und steht bei Fragen jederzeit bereit.
