I installed Parcely to enable Omniva parcel locker selection in my Shopify checkout. Everything was set up properly: the shipping method is active, zone set to Lithuania only, correct name mapping, cache cleared, widget tested (list/map). However, the parcel locker selection never appears at checkout. The mapping section stays inactive, and customers can't choose a pickup point. Support is completely unresponsive. The app looks promising but doesn't work at all in practice – only wastes time and causes frustration.

Unfortunately they created something that is sometimes working, sometimes not, at least this is what we experienced using their Foxpost integration. Also the fact that we need to wait about 15-30 minutes after each change in the settings makes the developer experince terrible. Rather should be a little more expensive in exchange for a normally working plugin.

Loading time is awful, waits 2min to save 1 changed setting + you need to pay for it
