We had an initial issue where the app incorrectly synced an address from our Shopify order - it parsed a flat number and street address but dropped part of the address line, which caused a delivery delay right before Christmas. However, what happened next completely changed our view of Parcel2Go: - Their support team reached out proactively after seeing our feedback - They immediately acknowledged the bug in their Shopify integration rather than deflecting - They actively monitored the parcel and liaised with the courier - The parcel was delivered on Christmas Eve - crisis averted! - They asked us to provide screenshots to help their dev team fix the bug for everyone This is how customer support should work. Yes, the bug shouldn't have happened, but their response was exemplary. They took ownership, made it right, and are working to prevent it happening again. We'll continue using Parcel2Go - a company that handles problems this well has earned our trust.

The app reads order's address incorrectly!!! Customer had entered the address perfectly on the order (we now realise all this after the facts), but then the app had synced it over incorrectly and is missing crucial information on the label! Be aware of this if you are thinking of giving this app a go, and DOUBLE CHECK this app has read the address correctly and is appearing correctly on the label. In our case it had missed the flat number which has caused unnecessary delays and stress for everyone. We cannot be re-checking every label, so this has caused a major distrust in the app. And, to be honest, although I was surprised to get to chat with someone on the live support at 10 PM, they were quite clueless in terms of understanding the scope of the issue even said that we were at fault given that's the address "we submitted", and I have little confidence that they actually relayed properly the missing information to the courier. The app seems fairly good, nice integration directly into the Shopify dashboard, etc. 5-stars for that. Unfortunately, the label prices are fairly high, same or even higher than my own business accounts with the carriers directly (Royal Mail and DPD - in the UK). I guess it's all their fees added on top. To what good a nice app if it's not practical or beneficial? Maybe I'm wrong and I'm missing something. But looking forward to some label rates improvement over time. And I hope a direct carrier Business Account integration will be made available soon as well.

The app seems fairly good, nice integration directly into the Shopify dashboard, etc. Unfortunately, the label prices are crazy high, even higher than my own business accounts with the carriers directly (Royal Mail and DPD - in the UK). I guess it's all their fees added on top. And we're a small business shipping a few parcels a day, it's not like we benefit from a huge discount from the carrier directly. For the low volume we do, we're probably offerred the highest prices by the carriers directly; and Parcel2Go is still more expensive, despite claiming they're a global comparison app that offers volume discounts on labels. For example, for a 5kg basic parcel box: - Shopify labels: £5.25 (inc. VAT) - My own DPD business account: £6.5 (inc. VAT) - Parcel2Go: £6.30 + VAT = £7.56 That suggests me that Parcel2Go doesn't run that many labels, nationwide, that would allow them a strong bargaining power with the carriers directly. To what good a nice app if it's not practical or beneficial? Maybe I'm wrong and I'm missing something.

I really do not believe the authenticity of any of the other reviews. We would NEVER recommend Parcel2Go for ANY shipments. We've had the worse experience of any shipping provider ever with Parcel2Go with long-term consequences, and with deliveries to the USA never finalising, and with zero notifications made to us. We now have chargeback after chargeback with penalties and fees, our account blacklisted for three months by Shopify causing total loss of sales, and our top 5-star reviews bombarded with customer complaints from all the problems caused by Parcel2Go. The company is awful, and their labeling and tracking system completely illogical, and their delivery service is not reliable and doesn't even work.
