ı have tried free versions of the other automation apps and Outfy is the best one so far. Since i am a small business owner and have lots of other things to do instead of giving hours of time for social media. Outfpy makes it easy with AI. Customer service is on point , they are very kind and helpful. I will 100% keep using it.

Good but not responding to any messages and emails or tickets opened. App is publishing random images and prices to social media that will confuse the audience.

I would like to update this review. After posting negative reviews on Trustpilot and Shopify, I was contacted by the President of Trustpilot who apologised for the issue with me getting a refund and processed a return of my funds that day. I am grateful for this and have increased my score for the company. However, I will not remove the review as they requested since I have read that many others have had the exact same issue I had. It's a shame because the product itself is genuine and quite good. Their business practices, however, leave a lot to be desired. ********************************* Extremely dishonest company to deal with. I downloaded and signed up for the trial version about 3 weeks ago. I used it for a couple of days and signed up for a run through with the company because I had some questions before I committed to buying the software. The day before our meeting, I was contacted by the person who was going to be working with me to answer my questions, stating that they were not well and wanted to reschedule. Of course, I agreed to this but the rescheduled date was a couple of days past my 7-day trial so I wrote and asked if we could extend the trial after that time. I never heard back. On the 7th day - 2 days before our meeting, I was charged for the entire year! I immediately contacted them and asked for a refund. I have been promised this refund several times since. In fact, Kumar at the company promised me 2 days ago that he was putting the refund through that day. NOTHING! I am filing a dispute via my credit card company but wanted to let people know that they are not trustworthy - not as far as my experience has gone anyway.

This app works well and the support is good. There is some tweaking that has to be done at the beginning to get it to run how you want it to so you have to be patient and work with support, but they will help you figure it out. I'm looking forward to the automatic product tagging that is supposed to be added soon.

I've been using Outfy for my Shopify store, and it's been a game-changer in automating our social media presence. The app's ability to streamline our content is impressive, but I do have a couple of suggestions that could elevate it even further. Firstly, an option to switch from standard video formats to YouTube Shorts (9:16 aspect ratio) would be incredibly beneficial for content diversity. Additionally, incorporating AI-generated captions in the Pro Plan would be a fantastic upgrade, especially for businesses like ours that produce our own videos and don't need the full scope of the Ultimate Plan. Despite these wishlist items, I absolutely love this app and hope to see these enhancements soon! Also, the templates could use a refresh—more modern, sleek designs tailored for luxury products like fine jewelry would greatly align with our brand aesthetic. And if I could give a sixth star, it would go to the support team. Their genuine care for customers and prompt assistance makes a huge difference. Here's to hoping for these great updates, Outfy team!

I had the $70 plan and I didn’t have any issues with the app. However I did find a company that does the same thing for half the price. So I canceled my plan before July 1st. I was still charged the $70. No problem I figured I should just be able to contact Outfy and get a refund. They acknowledged my email once and that was basically it. I have not used the service in July AT ALL. It seems that I will be losing out on $70, because I received an email that the ticket for my issue was closed. I just want to warn others. The app isn’t bad but like I said there are other companies that provide the same services for half the price. Do your research!

I've been using Outfy for my social media management, but unfortunately, it hasn't lived up to my expectations. One major issue is that 30-second videos posted on YouTube should be categorized as Shorts, not regular videos. This greatly affects the visibility and engagement of the content. Additionally, the app should be optimized to ensure videos get maximum views. Exploring the music library on YouTube and other platforms is another area where Outfy falls short. The app needs to provide better options and seamless integration with these libraries to enhance the quality of posts. Overall, while Outfy has potential, it currently lacks the necessary features and optimizations to be a reliable tool for social media management. I hope future updates address these issues.

been on free plan for years been great maybe will push me to subscribe someday but even free version is great for just posting an item a day to facebook from our shopify store.
