The app sometimes logout from the whastapp server and costumer service does not answer until one day at least so is a pain for me since I have to notify manually all orders for this reason

The order and shipping notification works correctly but not the status notification. The owners have generated some changes that mean that you can at least contact them to solve problems, but today it is not facilitating 100% use of the app.
