the online orders aren't printing for over 2 weeks now. I have reached out multiple times and I get no response. I only got a response once last Monday essentially saying "we fixed it, try again and let us know if it works" which didnt solve anything. After that I keep emailing back and I get nothing. This is a service that has been charging me btw and not only its not doing the one thing its supposed to do, but also I get zero customer support.

Great app, nothing like it out there for simply printers orders automatically as they come in. I slight hiccup this week where it stopped work but support got it back working really quickly. This app is a life saver

We've been using this app in conjunction with a Star Micronics thermal printer to auto print online orders to our retail space, and it's been great. Customer service has also been top notch! Highly recommend.

Shopify made an update that made my Orders Printer App not work anymore. My online orders stopped printing, which is a huge problem. I submitted a question to the Orders Printer help desk and was contacted literally in seconds from hitting send. A quick phone call/Facetime and I was back up and running! Highly recommend this app!

That app is awesome! It's one of the biggest issues for restaurants to automatically print orders without Shopify POS and without making it to complicated. Thanks to Uber Eats we had a StarPrinter, installation was easy and everything works perfectly! Would be awesome to add other printers as well. Thanks guys!!

We have two locations. One being a small lunch cafe & the other being a women's clothing boutique. We needed something that would work with our point of sale system in person as well as online orders just for the cafe. This app is PERFECT for that. It automatically prints our cafe orders while not printing the boutique ones (he coded the app to specifically distinguish between two locations). We are not missing orders & our processes / systems are running more smoothly now. This app is 100% worth it if you want it to automatically print your orders.
