Our company has been using Order Flow for roughly one month now and it has been absolutely phenomenal. We're a clothing brand that does most of our manufacturing in-house. We've been in desperate need of a software to track the progress of items throughout the production workflow that can fully integrate with our Shopify store. Order Flow is a game changer for our business. Five Star App with amazing support. We have been using Shopify for over 10 years, and we make all of our items to order. Prior to using Order Flow, we were using whiteboards and paper/pencil to track the custom steps we need to make, customize, and prepare our items prior to boxing and shipping. Order Flow allows us to create a custom workflow that fits our specific processes and track actions, decisions, and data as we process orders. Before Order Flow, we would have missing items in production, or produce the wrong items or too many items. It would take hours each week to manually write orders from Shopify admin onto our whiteboards to track them through the production process. Now, we have a large computer monitor hooked up to the app and it displays all the information we need. Order Flow is constantly updated, and is the single source of truth we needed. Order Flow has saved our team hours of time every week. I highly recommend it.
