I had been happily using an alternative option over the last couple of years, however when I introduced eParcel to my business my monthly costs were going to more than double. After reviewing the market I found Ricemill and was instantly impressed with the ease in how integration was detailed and the simplicity to navigate screens and settings (I only needed one brief YouTube visit). Ricemill preloaded all flat rate bags and boxes reducing setup time and adding custom boxes couldn’t have been easier. Once I was ready to start using all costs are clearly detailed allowing me to quickly select the best shipping option. This app is very competitively priced, and I would highly recommend to any business who have MBP and/or eParcel accounts. To put simply – if I had free reign (and the knowledge!) to design an app that is easy to install, self-intuitive to use, fully flexible to cover partial shipments, can easily add custom size boxes, link multiple carriers, highlight costs on one page, backfills tracking details into Shopify and emails customers then this would be it. Perfect.

This app is fantastic. I would give this app a higher rating if I could. For all Australian Shopify store owners sick and tired of the copy paste between your store and Australia Post MyBusiness webpage then you need this app! After spending countless amounts of hours copying and pasting the shipping details for customer orders between my Shopify store and Australia Post website I found this app. It does exactly what it says it does! It makes the order fulfilment process so much easier!! It was easy to set up - there is an easy to follow guide (and the instructions actually make sense) and it takes care of the whole process. The app interface is easy to navigate with clear options and the free version will allow you to use most features except for batch fulfilment and adding custom package dimensions. However, I believe if you have set the package dimensions for each product then those will come across into the app (I have only noticed the product weight so far, as that is all that I have set up per product). You can choose from a number of different postage options including using Australia Post Packaging or Own packaging with the prices displayed clearly next to the option. You can easily add your own reference details to each order or use the one that is generated through Ricemill. For orders that are fulfilled outside Ricemill, you can still generate an address label and print all the customer details - no more handwriting labels! I honestly cannot recommend this app enough!

This App deserves 10 stars! Look no further for a fulfilment app, this is the best on the market! This application saves me SO MUCH TIME! If its a small order, it takes 3-5 clicks to have an order fulfilled and a label printed, however the real magic is with their bulk fulfilment service, it's incredible, I can have 50+ orders fulfilled within seconds. Well done to the team! I love this application and am confident anyone else who downloads it will also!
