terrible, this app is glitchy and makes the process from cart to checkout very combative. I've had to resolve multiple orders with refunds as this app happens to over charge customers with sometimes up to 15 extra payment processing fee charges . customer service said they have fixed the error, but its still happening. its not a good look having to apologise to customers when the app was supposed to have been fixed.

ZERO STARS - this is a disaster - the coding is simply insane - on first install - the buyers see icons (like trash can) in cart that allow buyer to change the surcharge (!) or even delete it and checkout with no fee added. The app is full of bugs - we worked hours with support only to deal with incompetent and dishonest developer - who did not keep his word. We tried 3x to get this working and we finally did - but the app requires a products with dozens of variants that screws up both products collections and shipping. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! This is the perfect example of free being very expensive. The demo store is NOT what you will get when you load app - that requires hours of begging developers to fix the app - and then they tell you - it only works with shopify default themes (that nobody uses) and does not work with multi-currency (so does not support intl sales).

Doesn't work for the Theme we had. However, the staffs tried to offer support, but I have not yet got time to reinstall the app and get the problem solve. I up-start my rating to 4 for their service, at least they tried to follow up with me.
