Really love the Order Editing! Customers get the benefit of making adjustments needed in a very convenient and easy way within an hour of placing their order. So many times customers check out using a payment that has an old email address or shipping address but this app lets them make changes without having to reach out to customer service. The opportunity to add product to the order after checking out is awesome too! We love seeing the upsell revenue generated post purchase. And as a CX Manager, I appreciate how quickly we are able to get support when questions arise.

We utilize this to cut down on the number of edit/cancellation requests we receive and have definitely seen an improvement! Hamish and his team are really responsive and constantly making updates. Definitely recommend Order Editing for self-service edits and more!

We just got the app, I will update this review if issues arise but I must say. THIS APP IS A MUST, it will save you so many CS emails / live chats etc. Hamish is a good guy, I really wish him and this company the best. It both reduces costs and most importantly time spent editing shipping addresses for customers, whilst driving revenue through its upsell capabilities.
