Basically, By activating this free app on your shopif store, you are giving away your customers personal data as it is asking access to Customers Name, email address, phone number, physical address, geolocation, IP address, browser and operating system. Why you need these data? I am scapticle about it. I would be more mindful to use this app if I need to share my customers data without knowing what they will do with it and also would protect myself by updating the privacy policy if I think about using this app again.

Meta disconnected and it says to contact support to fix this. 3 messages and 2 weeks later not a single response.

Worked well for couple of months, then the analytics stopped reporting accurate data. Sent a message to support via the in app chat but never received any response Have now uninstalled

Zero stars I can’t connect my meta account as it says my store is a different currency to my meta account this was a total waste of time downloading when both are the same currency
