The SHOPSPADE is an “Order Management System”, for Sellers’s staff to manager orders, products, stock, logistics from different E-commerce channel. The workflow is: Customer place order in Market Place or DTC channel. Order data will be downloaded to SHOPSPADE. Customer service review the order and push the order to delivery vendor system (WMS). Delivery Provider warehouse packaged the order and delivered to Customer.
