This app is exactly what we needed to add a straightforward product inquiry form to our site. The design is clean and unfussy, fitting perfectly into our store’s layout without any unnecessary distractions. The backend is just as simple to navigate, making setup and customization quick and painless. Honestly, I’m surprised this isn’t a standard feature on most Shopify stores!

The contact form stopped working around June 2024. I was informed by one of my customers that it wasn’t functioning, and as a result, I likely lost customers. When I checked the settings page, it took quite a while to load. I suspect there was an update that my store somehow missed, which caused the contact form to stop working. It is functioning now after I accessed the settings page, but I probably lost valuable customers during that time.

We just enroll this app into our company website. However, we find one of the app function interface is too cumbersome, needed improvement due to the natural of our business. After feedback to OC Product Enquiry, the developer Ajay response swiftly and take our feedback seriously and subsequently made the necessarily changes. This change will benefit more user dimensions. Really appreciate Ajay's understandings and kind assistance to modify the app. Good job!
