This app has the worst customer service. They mark orders as shipped without providing a tracking number, and you have to chase them for days to get any info. Live chat is useless; they tell you to wait for your account manager, who is never available. I contacted them for three days straight and got no real help. Update it has now been more than 10 days since I placed the order no tracking info. When I finally got a response from the account agent, they told me the order had been shipped the day before. I asked for the tracking number, and they said it wasn’t available yet because the order was actually shipped today. I asked for clarification, was it shipped today or yesterday? As usual, the agent disappeared without answering. Mind you, this order was marked as "shipped" 6 days ago.

I don’t recommend this app. Customer service is minimal and unhelpful, and there are frequent quality issues with the products when they finally arrive often after long shipping delays.

spent $700 USD to send 500 custom box for dropshipping WITH OLD PROGRAM with them on alibaba and it was sucessfully delivered to their warehouse I had about 30 orders that shipped in those boxes with Lisa who was my advisor .... now when i request to have the remaining 470 boxes sent to me and i pay for shipping they tell me they DONT find my BOXES!!!!!!!!!! and that they cant help me HOW CAN I PAY SO MUCH MONEY TO DROPSHIP WITH THEM FOR THEM TO SCAM ME OUT OF CUSTOM BOXES

I contacted the app developer seeking clarification on shipping times, shipping costs, as well as the process for returns and refunds. Regrettably, I did not receive any response to my inquiry. Consequently, I am leaving a one-star review as it appears unlikely that I would receive a prompt response from the company if I encountered issues while using this drop shipping app. It's worth mentioning that I also reached out via live chat on their website. However, the person I spoke with did not know what drop shipping or Shopify was, and was unable to answer my questions.
