I want to start my review by saying that the customer service has been exceptional, which as a new business, starting out, has been invaluable. The speed and professionalism and detail in responses has been very much appreciated - especially tailored screen recordings to help me. I find the app extremely easy to use, it has really streamlined my processes and I have been able to do everything I need to (except provide labels to post simple letters but that's not a huge deal for me, just worth noting and I believe it may be coming in the future). Ever since finding this app last year I have been extremely pleased. I was manually inputting all my orders online through AusPost which took me, quite literally, days to input hundreds sales. I have been using this app for years and it has always worked well. Fast customer service when and if needed. The app very rarely has any tech issues. Over 5 years I have had probably 2 tech issues and they where fixed very quickly. No issues for years since. This app is always updated and a MASSIVE time saver. It also has an easy to use interface. Amazing and easy to use. As soon as you download the app you think it's really difficult but it's not. It's pretty easy. You just need to go step-by-step and also the team is really amazing. They help you if you have any difficulty I'll be definitely recommending this app.

Unfortunately, I have found it is not often that when encountering an issue in business, one can have utmost confidence in a supplier to be able to provide immediate fixes. I have found this with Australia Post MyPost Business. Whenever I use the chat feature, there is always someone there to help me. This is a solid app that works really well for our Australian business, where we sell nationally and internationally. Plus their customer service is professional, friendly and fast! I never thought I'd get so excited about a postage app, but there you are. Onya!

We are really impressed with this app, it has definitely streamlined our postage workflow. It just works. However we are wasting a lot of postage labels because there is nowhere to select which position on the page to post the label, it just defaults to top left.

Customer Service not particularly helpful. The App doesn't monitor the tracking of your consignments to check the delivery status so it isn't possible to update the order status in Shopify to Shipment Delivered. If you get this App, you'll still need other apps for delivery status tracking - WHICH EVERY CUSTOMER EXPECTS. I wouldn't recommend

Love the app, and the level of support is brilliant! Very quick to respond, and Nathan explained in great detail with a clear, short video demonstration recorded specifically for us to explain how to fix our issue. And gave us a few extra tips along the way.

Just constant issues with adding extra cover. Was told to alter the amounts on the list of products but then it still just gives me Mypost rates and not Eparcel rates. Really annoying having to contact them to fix this issue constantly!
