Integrating Molin into our shop has been amazing! I never thought that one day I'd have my own AI, but I do now :D The setup was super easy and we immediately saw a huge reduction in support. The AI's ability to understand and respond to questions is insane. I hate to say it, but a lot better than most of the humans out there... It took me a while to understand how I can give instructions to my AI, but I reached out to the team and they gave me a live demo a few hours later.
