The app has a lot of functionalities that are supper useful! We are excited to fully launch it on our store and the support has been a great help in helping us get there. 10/10 would recommend

By far, the best search and filter app. It's crazy fast and I have used half a dozen search and filter apps in the store until I settled for this one. The support is terrific and very quick to respond. They helped us customise the app as per our requirement. Highly recommend them.

Looked absolutely awful our of the box and nothing like the demo store. Basic errors like showing prices in $ despite the store using GBP. Did not pick up on any of the branding colours. And worse of all was the customer service as there is no live chat. Just email tickets back and forth. Uninstalled the app and it totally screwed up the formatting of my collection headers.

I definitely recommend this app. We have a very large item file and it effectively handles our side filters on our Shopify Collections pages. There are a lot of features available for filtering and search. The support team is wonderful, especially Julia. We have had some questions and they have been great to answer those.

Filters work well. Support is second to none. If you're looking for a filter solution definitely give this app a go.

The app already worked well out of the box, with a clean basic design and not too many compatibility problems with my theme, but there were quite some things that needed to be adjusted. Luckily the support is probably the best I've ever encountered after trying many filter apps, and they managed to fulfill every request I had very fast with clear, to the point communication. For example, I wanted the filter button to be sticky on the mobile version of the store, and they made it for my without extra charge. Now the filters display smoothly and clearly on my website, greatly improving user friendliness, while giving me detailed statistics about what my visitors are lookign for. THE APP AND SUPPORT IS AMAZING, TRY IT OUT.

We've tried most Shopify search apps and this is hands down the best app at the best value you will get. We run a store with about 6000 products and this app is much easier to configure, its indexing and search results display insanely fast and the support is amazing. Mezereon have been super patient with our requirements and have been helping us tweak the search results, the different ways of filtering, as well as the recommendation engines. We're constantly finding new ways to use on this app, it's flexible and the possibilities are endless. After years of dealing with complains from customers that they are unable to find product on our website, we finally have a search engine that works properly. Highly recommended.

Great system, quite difficult to set up and not easy to use. but the results are 100% worth the effort. Will continue to use this app ongoing.

If you're looking for the cheapest search app, you won't find it here. But if you're looking for the best CS and adaptability to your site, this is the one! Andrew and his team were integral in adapting to our unique requirements and getting us up and running in a matter of days unlike other search apps. Other search apps asked us to change OUR parameters to fit their needs and then wanted to charge us. In many cases I couldn't even understand their English nor their technical talk, not recognizing that you and I are not software people. Andrew and Mezeron were able to take our bi-lingual requirements and not only work with our current translation app and the apps' personnel directly, but also were able to explain to us in layman terms what and how their app worked. The app is fairly complex but they are there to help you and I take advantage of what it has to offer.
