We've been using Metorik for close to 7-8 years (since WooCommerce). We are now using it for all of our Shopify stores as well to get all the insights we need across our 8 stores. Support is great and the data is accurate. Connecting Metorik to Meta/TikTok/Google Ads is a game changer to better understand your CM on a daily basis.

This app has been essential for us to fully understand how our e-commerce site is performing. The level of detail you can look at for customer sales is really useful (sales per product type, where a customer is based, customer life time value etc.) We have several reports that automatically generate each month helping us with sales analysis, bookkeeping, and generating flows in Klaviyo. As a business owner, I use it everyday to keep myself fully informed and I highly recommend it.
