We just needed this app for a very, very simple function - to pass one line of data per order. In the space of a month the app automatically upgraded us from $12 Basic plan to $99 per month for the simplest of tasks that turns out, we were being charged per order at our store and the app considered each order 'a task'. It's totally overpriced. Perhaps if you're going to be using multiple functions it's worth the $$$. But, if you're a high-volume store that just needs a tiny portion of the app's functionality, then it's crazy expensive due to its per order pricing model.

Extremely helpful team that will help develop workflows for you. Tons more options than the Shopify Flow app. The workflows can be challenging to build and not very intuitive.

Amazing app - I am no coding expert by any means but the functionality is very user friendly and if you have any problems the team is SO hopeful. I'm based in Aus, so the time difference can be tricky but both Abby and Jordin were able to assist with a flow I'd spent far too long trying to figure out and then went above and beyond by duplicating for our necessary locations. The other aspect I love about MESA that makes it far more advantageous than ShopifyFlow, is the ability to test your workflow time and time again before going live.

A must have if you use the Infinite Options app. Can be overwhelming at first, but they have an excellent support team that will make sure to make it easy to understand. Thank you, Abby!

Amazing app, that basically takes Shopify flow idea to the next level, with a very simple graphical interface and a ton of functionality. Jordin was able to help me promptly with more advance setups. The developers are very proactive and quick to assist. Must have app in my opinion

MESA has allowed me to create some very complex flows. Piecing together the logic is a lot like solving a puzzle. I've been stuck a few times, and their support team is amazing, staying with me on chat until we answered the question together. Highly Recommended!

Great support! I tried a few other apps and they did not have the type of automation I needed, I was able to set it up easily with Mesa.

I have tried several automation tools, both Shopify apps and external ones with Shopify integrations. MESA is the only one I found being able to cover more than the basic automation needs. Their support is amazing, dedicated and honest. Unfortunately their app wasnt able to meet our current demands because of our non-Shopify infrastructure. After they gave it their best try to solve our needs they explained to us why they couldnt at the moment and gave us an option to solve it, when we decided not to go for that option they refunded all monthlu fees we had paid during the development time, no additional questions asked.

After shopping the market and outgrowing Shopify Flow, MESA was the only solution that could handle our complex requirements for managing our store. An easy to understand user interface paired with a responsive, thorough, and consistent customer support team has made light work of our needs.

One of the best integration and automation platforms, we use it to connect shopify to whatsapp business api and it does magic. I am technically inclined but not a core techie, the support/tech team we super patient with my constant custom requests for edits and enhancements and made sure that my setup was behaving the way we wanted it to.
