This business is absolutely terrible. I ordered on the 16th October 2025. no sign of my order for my customer. after several, several emails, I received an email today FINALLY with a tracking number (that i already had) that I can track my parcel and the link !! I am well aware of the tracking number …been looking at it for 22 days now. whilst I understand Poland to Ireland may take time !!! but 22 days is a joke! STUCK HERE SINCE 27TH OCTOBER !! AND NO MOVEMENT! 27 Oct 2025 10:15 INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT. DEPARTURE THE HAGUE, 2491 DA, NL Its an absolute shame your back end system and delivery system is an absolute disaster because your clothes are nice! but in this day and age with transport and the world being so connected 22 days is not acceptable. !!! Shein and Temu don't even be that long and they are supposed to be a disaster (according to some) !! nope they are much more organised and shipping is spot on !!! so here we are the 7th of November and I still have no idea where this parcel is !!! or when it will be delivered. would not recommend this company unless you want to close your business !!!

The products are good, but! Aside from the fact that the app, which is connected to Shopify, has a lot of bugs that need to be fixed, an restructuring is currently taking place that hasn't been communicated at all. The service has become significantly more complex. It now takes 10 days for a delivery to a neighboring country to reach the customer. It's not worth wasting any time.

Une marque qui n'inspire aucune confiance. ils vous abondonne quand vous avez un probleme technique . 2 mois d'attente pour obtenir une reponse "Svp soyez patiente nous allons traiter votre demande " quand vous lancez une commance chez vous il faut etre pret d'attendre + 7 jours pour la preparation de la commande et 5 jours min pour envoyer une commande .C'est vraiment honteux

I'm trying to place an order but no response for 5 days. Tried to contact them everywhere. Their Whatsapp number on their Facebook page is fake. It seems that this company isn't operating. MONTHS OF WORK TO CREATE A STORE WASTED BY THIS FAKE SUPPLIER!

I had a serious issue with this company called Matterhorn, a company based in Europe handling badly our dropshipping services. An order was placed and the customer paid for express shipping hoping the product can be shipped within the right amount of time. Unfortunately, that was not the case! The customer continues to complain and follow-up with us to know what's going on with their order. The worst, the customer's order was placed on paid status for more than 10 days with zero tracking number. Finally, after several exhausted contacts that I made, they finally sent a tracking number, but still useless as the customer already so mad and very unsatisfied. We are now more than 30 days since the order was placed. My customer decided to give up and I had to refund the money. In addition, Matterhorn people are so unresponsive and irresponsible since the date the order was placed and do not return email. Basically, they stole the money and my customer never receive the product to this day. Please do not do any business with Matterhorn Wholesale because they will NOT fulfill your order and worst they will not respond to any email. It was a total waste of time and money. They are a horrible company! Please stay away!

Aus meiner Erfahrung rate ich von dieser App ab. Es gibt keinen Kundenservice. Nachdem ich meinen Shop eingerichtet und viel Zeit investiert hatte, kam meine erste Bestellung. Die Ware wurde aber nach 7 Tagen nicht geliefert. Mehrere Versuche, den Kundenservice zu erreichen, blieben erfolglos. Erst später schrieb mir jemand, dass die Bestellung noch nicht versendet wurde und noch in Bearbeitung sei. Sehr enttäuschend – meiner Meinung nach sollte Shopify diese App verbieten, um Betrug zu verhindern.

As a small business owner I must say what I feel about this Dropshipping company to help other small business owners. The customer has complained in two occasions to know what was going on with their purchase, and feel pissed because of the delay related to Matterhorn Dropshipping company. They placed the order on paid status and never shipped it. We are now 11 days since the order was placed but no tracking number was given. They have a defect software and bad customer support. We are also very pissed off as a result. They collected the money and no further communication. I would have to refund the money to my customer which can affect the reputation of my business. Please do not do any business with Matterhorn because they will NOT fulfill your order and worst they will not respond to any email. And possibly will damage the reputation of your business with your customer. It was a total waste of time and money. They are a horrible company! Please stay away!

Well, you have great products, but unfortunately, the app is very slow and has many technical issues. A few days ago, I placed an order (Order #79431), and it's been 4 days without any response to my email. I received an email saying that the order has been shipped, but there is no shipping update on Shopify. I hope you will respond soon and fix these issues. I really like your products, but the technical problems are frustrating. Once the app improves and I receive proper updates, I’ll be happy to change my review!!!!!!

A great app with European-quality products. Responsive technical support, nothing to complain about!

The app looks professional, and the catalog pictures are high quality. But a lot of products failed to import in my store, and I got no technical support. Contact option is only email, but no answer after 24 hours. UPDATE: My problem was solved after my review, so now everything seems to work fine.
