Very useful app for Shopify stores. Marvyn AI was easy to install and started working almost immediately. It answers customer questions clearly and helps reduce support workload. The AI responses feel natural and relevant. Good value for the features it offers.

Really happy with Marvyn! Setup was super easy and now it handles all sorts of customer questions, even the in-depth ones about my product. I gave it some additional context and it's been answering all questions really well. The cross-sell and upsell thing has been the cherry on top - as it recommends customers add more products to their basket for our discounts to trigger. It recommends products based on what people are asking and I got a few extra sales from it already. Doesn't feel pushy which is nice. It will be super helpful during busy times when I can't keep up with everything. Big thanks to George who walked me through the setup. Made it way easier. Would 100% recommend!
