Really happy with Marvyn! Setup was super easy and now it handles all sorts of customer questions, even the in-depth ones about my product. I gave it some additional context and it's been answering all questions really well. The cross-sell and upsell thing has been the cherry on top - as it recommends customers add more products to their basket for our discounts to trigger. It recommends products based on what people are asking and I got a few extra sales from it already. Doesn't feel pushy which is nice.
