The set up of Maisie is really easy to get going. The automation is great and saves on staff time having to respond. The only downside at present is no mobile app for the live chat to be attended to remotely.

Easy to set up to interact with your customers to answer all those common questions, promote products with a customer quiz or hand off to a human operator via email, messenger or live chat.
