It took us over 2 years to get the app to an average front end design, they are slow, lie about deadlines, their development team sucks, then after 5 years of using them because of the painful shift, shopify needed them to change some requirement, the app been down for over 9 months with only empty promises. stay away from them.

I’ve been using this app for over a year now, and the problems just never end. To be fair, the team did help me with a few things like giving me more room on the front page, but does that really pay off for all the issues I’ve faced (and continue to face) after all this time? Absolutely not. Archived products and private collections still appeared on the app, categories and subcategories were difficult to organize, out-of-stock items looked available until clicked, images and logos were blurry, products showed in random order instead of how I set them on my website, and the loading speed was painfully slow (15 to 30 seconds just to open a category). Push notifications caused unnecessary problems as well. Every request took forever to fix. What they promised in 7 to 8 days ended up taking more than 30 days just to get a preview, and that cycle repeated again and again. Even the simplest fixes — like improving image quality, adjusting menus, adding size charts, or making the homepage work properly — dragged on endlessly. On top of paying over $200/month, I was asked to pay extra for basics like Loox integration or a proper category page design. After more than a year, I’m still dealing with issues that should have been solved from the start. Even today, after more than a year of using it, I ran into yet another problem. I sent out a push notification to announce a new product drop, only to find out the notification wasn’t even being sent. A completely useless attempt. If you have the option to choose another app, do it before you waste your time here.

Worst experience! The app has so many errors and issues. The team is very unresponsive and they do not care about fixing things on time. 2 weeks have passed and the customers still can't add anything to the cart. The team is simply saying that the app got updated and is fine now when it isn't. I will definitely look for another developer, don't fall for the trap of the team being helpful in the early stages. Once you pay, it all changes and the errors will start popping up. Every update they forget something or do something wrong, you will be wasting a lot of your time. Find someone more professional.

We patiently tried to finalize a simple application, waiting for minor customizations, a Polish translation, and fixes for the app's native bugs. Unfortunately, after four months of waiting, our patience ran out. We were given almost daily assurances that the application would be ready soon, which never happened. They would declare they were working on something, and then, after a few days, would ask us what needed to be done, revealing a complete lack of organization. This was our experience working with them over the past four months. Initially, they seemed very open and progressive, but that proved to be an illusion. I strongly recommend against using this company. There are many other app builders for Shopify; I suggest exploring alternative solutions.

Third year the app does't work, team just promisig to solve problems and nothing changes. Peoples going to our website, download app and app does't let to order products, we loosing clients and hear just lies from meganetive team about problem solving. Don't recommend to any one to use this app

DO NOT USE THIS APP BUILDER! They provide full promises of being able to fully customise an app for your brand in which they will then just dodge around and ingore your issues completely. We have been trying to build a fucntioning app with Magenative for over a year now and it is still not ready to publish. As another 1 star review noted they convince you at the start with very good customer service skills to lock into a plan and then once you have the level of service drops to basically 0 and you can never get them to solve any of your issues. This app feels like it was a complete scam and we are in the process now of getting a refund for the full year we paid for this useless service. We have paid $999USD in total and have not even been able to use the app for a day because our customisations required are not achievable by Magenative despite them confirming that they are from the beginning. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BASICALLY A SCAM.
