I ordered gift cards from Loopz because they advertised that their cards were cross-compatible with Square and Shopify. This is not true. When my cards arrived, they didn’t work with my Square device at all. Instead of functioning like normal gift cards, I was told I’d have to manually import every single card into Square, and then manually key in a case-sensitive 14-character code each time someone wants to redeem one. That is completely unrealistic for a small business with long customer lines. When I called to get clarification they told me that they usually ask where I'll be using them but must have forgotten and just assumed. On top of that, there’s a $10 USD monthly subscription fee PER channel you use this for. that was never clearly disclosed before purchasing. I honestly feel misled — if I had known any of this, I would have ordered directly from Square. Now I’m stuck trying to return the cards because the product doesn’t work as advertised. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and order your cards directly through Square instead. I will probably be out the $200+ dollars I invested in these useless cards, and the new ones I ordered through square will not come before christmas and I'll lose those sales as well.

We've used Loopz for a couple of years now and it is GREAT for for keeping our gift cards synced between Square and Shopify - whether a customer buys a physical or digital card, it can be used online or in-store. Customer service has been consistently excellent.

This app is terrible. There is no where to remove the app once you realize it won't let you add custom gift card amounts at the basic level.

The app isnt saving no edit. i wasted 4 long hours tryting to edit and im still at square one. im disappointed.

Great app design- Loopz helped our store integrate Square POS system with our Shopify website. We are impressed with the thorough design, and found their IT team to be very competent in helping answer our installation questions . Thanks Loopz!

Hands down the best app on the market -- seamless integration, beautiful UI and lightning fast support; if only other apps were half as good as this one -- we'd give it 6 stars if we could!

I cannot say enough great things about Loopz - especially Michael. We set the app up initially with no issues. Then I wanted to add Store Credit for people who sent a comment about our new website. It involved an app for forms, google sheets and Zapier - Michael walked me through it step by step until it was working perfectly. I wish everything I had to deal with had this level of service. By the way, having the option to have the Gift Certificate emailed at a later date was not a feature we were looking for - but several customers have commented that they love that option!

Great app, we use Shopify website and Square on-site for sales and this makes the integration so much easier. inexpensive and great support.

This app is amazing and the development team is SUPER responsive! We have an online store through Shopify and a brick-and-mortar store running on Square and the ability to easily sell gift cards that work across both platforms is amazing. Customers love it! I've had a couple of features requests that I've made to the dev team and they've taken care of both of them super quick! 10/10 recommend!

We have 2 physical stores and a Shopify store. We had endless problems to find a solution that is cost effective and integrate between the different platforms. I gave up on gift cards, the high cost and lack of integration until I found Loopz. IT IS AMAZING, it was easy to setup, support was effective and quick and it WORKS. It only cost a penny and not thousands, no need for contracts. This is the best business solution I signed up in a while. I am a very happy customer.
