Incredibly easy-to-use app and very attentive customer service. Henry is always ensuring we are completely happy with the app's functionality. Upon the request to make the time zone of the scheduled gift card delivery adjustable to the location of the store, he was quick to reply and implement the feature. Wouldn't want to use any other gift card app!

Easy to use and set up. Henry is always very helpful and responsive with tech issues, should they arise, but they are few and far between. Thank you for a great gift card app!!

We’ve been using iziGift for about 2 years now, and it’s been a game changer for us. It makes selling and issuing gift cards easy and more customizable to our needs, and they’re always adding new features, which is a nice bonus. Plus, anytime I’ve needed help, their support team has always been super helpful. I have recommended this app to other Shopify businesses and will continue!

HORRIBLE APP. We've tried to create a bulk campaign to send to our clients, the setup guide were not clear so we've had to reach out to their "customer service", which is basically the CEO doing this on his phone. He did confirmed that his guides were not clear, so he had to manually create the campaign for us as the his setup could not do it. Once the campaign was set up, he disappeared and we realised that out of 500+ emails that were supposed to be sent, only 168 were sent. It took about 3 hours with customer service to set this up, and once we realised that the campaign did not worked, he was nowhere to be found. He says it was out of business hours, so could not help. We've had to manually create the campaign and send 500+ gift cards manually. Don't use this app, it does not work, and customer service is the worst. We've been using more than 400 apps for our store and we rarely leave review. When the products don't work, we will encourage our fellow business owners to use something else, as there's a lot of apps our there.

We have been so pleased with this app. It's provided an exceptional solution to our issue of being unable to access gift card numbers, since we have a brick and mortar shop and don't use the Shopify POS. The company has been a delight to work with and made so many custom builds to fit our business needs. The have been available to answer our questions quickly. I would highly suggest working with them. We spent months looking for a solution and I am so pleased with how the experience of using IziGift has been going. 10/10
