We've been through three previous subscription apps and were burnt by them all (looking at you YOTPO) but finally found one worth using in Loop. Great experience so far. We are about 2 months in. Onboarding was fairly quick and efficient and the team is very knowledgeable and kind.

Customer service is exceptional with Loop. They are prompt, courteous, and always follow up to make sure all questions are answered and issues are resolved completely. Explanations are easy to understand and the reps are happy to walk you through any steps needed. We've been very pleased with our experience!
