We've been on Loop for a few years after migrating from Recharge. We had an awful experience on Recharge and the difference with Loop has been night and day. Loop's platform is a great improvement and that has been noted by both our customers and our customer support team. Loop is continually evolving and adding features and functionality. What stands out the most is the level of customer support and partnership we receive as a client. They are always available, proactive and help us to success.

Our company has been using the subscription app for about a month and it's so far so good. The support has been excellent and Aastik and the team have always been quick to respond (we have customers throwing questions out there). It's not the cheapest solution, however it works, and works well. We're very happy thus far and we're still only using the basic subscription functionality.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Loop and the app itself! They are very hands on and organized. The onboarding experience was very smooth, and they went above and beyond every time to get us a solution to any issue. The app itself is very well thought out and addresses many of the gaps that other sub apps have, at least for our use case. Any time we've had a request or suggestion they prioritized it accordingly and are very passionate about improving their product on a regular basis. I also appreciate the balance in features between marketing and processing, so it works well for different department use cases. This is a great solution for small and enterprise companies from what we have seen and experienced. All in all, we highly recommend them!

We’ve been using Loop for year and half now and it’s been great for driving retention. The features are flexible and customer-focused, and the support team (shoutout to Nihal) is always on it. Highly recommend if you’re serious about scaling subscriptions.

UI is very intuitive and we've seen our proportion of subscription revenue grow steadily. Pricing is the most fair of all the subscription apps. Compares really well to Skio but more cost effective and wayyyy better than the bigger guys like Bold or Recharge.
