The Live Session app is one of the best tools for understanding customer activity, offering a user-friendly interface and intuitive navigation. Setting it up was quick, and features like session replays and heatmaps made analyzing user behavior seamless. It provides clear, actionable insights, helping to identify pain points and optimize experiences efficiently.

We've been using it literally for about 7-8 hours, if not less. It's the best-made software we've encountered—we've tried at least 3-4 others. For now, we don't need the higher-tier subscriptions, but even the free version plus the trial they offer provides absolutely everything you need. We're extremely impressed; it's the best software on the Shopify App Store. Highly recommended!

Very Nice app for UX!

So glad that we found LiveSession Replays. Finally we are able to clearly identify any inconsistencies on product pages that are stopping conversions from happening. By far the best replay app I've used. I tried one previous to this which was terrible, LiveSession works smoothly without any errors and organizes the replays well, accurately showing country and device so I know which replays are from me and which are customers.

I have been testing the trial version of LiveSession for several weeks and have been completely amazed. The core feature of watching recorded sessions provides invaluable information when you can see a firsthand experience of guests interacting with your store. LiveSession has taken it a step further and has been working on cataloging Shopify-specific events that mark key milestones during the shopping experience such as products viewed, added to cart, and more. The customer support has also been outstanding. They are quick to respond and resolve any issues in a timely fashion. I'm looking forward to watching this app continue to grow and develop more features.
