App is easy and convenient for customers to use, makes it easy to assist by showing exactly all relevant information, including their recently viewed store pages and products, as well as what's in their cart. LiveChat customer support is prompt and friendly, Grzesiek solved our problem immediately!

Seamus was a huge help! We were having some issues with some features on LiveChat and he took so much time to help me figure out what was causing it. He gave me step by step instructions on different troubleshooting options until we finally found the issue. It ended up being a quick and easy fix!! Everything is working the way it should now!
