We had to migrate as fast as possible from a slow Magento 2.4.5 e-shop platform to Shopify, and to do so, we used LitExtension to migrate all our possible data from Magento 2 to Shopify. We had to take a fast decision, as our Magento site became unstable and we had to move fast. It was done very smoothly, professionally and in a record time. Just installed the app, but there was an error in my Shopify store: "Connection refused by Shopify". So I contacted support and they have no clue or understand wat the problem was... So, not for me.

I've used LitExtension several times. Migration went smoothly from Magento2. Customer's service is the best. Quick response 24/7. even custom parameters from custom attributes.

Migrating to a new store is always a big job. Tracee handled our migration from Big commerce to Shopify and we didn't have to worry about doing all the work. It was a seamless transition and all of our orders, products, blog and customers were migrated over, as well as the redirects built. Made launching a whole lot easier. Would highly recommend.

I am really impressed how I could migrate from a old Zencart cms to Shopify with this app. It's been 5 or 6 years that I was thinking to move and always worried about problems in migrations urls, items, categories, so always waiting and waiting and procrastinating. For my all smooth and fine.

Not at all satisfied. Products transferred with incorrect weights, and none of the products descriptions transferred with the correct styling. All the headings and even paragraphs are gone. I have 480 products and I have to open up everyone and fix it. THIS WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY MONEY. The only reason I am giving it two stars instead of one is because they supposedly handled my redirects. No idea if they actually did. Such a terrible waste of my time and money.

When you looking for a migration services. We have order this migration, in the end the prices was wrong, the brand name (we pay extra for it) was not migrated and nobody was reachable. We had to fix all issues by our self.
