Overall everything was done to my satisfaction but it took much longer than expected. They are clearly operating outside of the US and unless I happened to be up in the middle of the night I was only able to get one email back and forth to them each day. There was a little bit of a language barrier and it took some time to express exactly what I wanted but in the end it did all get done and I am very happy with the results.

after paying usd599 they wanted us to upgrade to the usd 1699 bundle I had to negotiate to waive the extra charges they dont tell you that when you buy the app However i had 60000 products and 30000 customers and 25000 orders it took around 10 days to complete but it was done succesfully Thanks to the team , Support was always there to assist

They were able to export specific SKUs for me as well as previous customer orders and the customer info out of our ShopSite Pro and put it into our new Shopify, which saved me a tremendous amount of time and hassle.
