Works, but unfortunately can lead to false negative reviews if the customer does not read properly or understand the "Star" rating system (Sounds ridiculous I know, but it'll happen more than you think). Stars cannot be unpublished like the reviews can be so the only way to adjust a star is to rely on the customer, who gave the low rating, to respond to an email and change their rating. In this day and age perception is everything, I'd rather have no stars on any product than false negative stars on one product. Not enough easy support on this issue, you have to get a written statement from the customer stating the star rating was a mistake for them to remove it, good luck getting a customer to go that extra mile. Read over your contact very closely! For us, the 2 month trial was used up entirely but setting up the program and no reviews are sent out in the that time frame because the first review emails don't go out until 10-14 days after a purchase is made. By the time everything is set and the first emails are going out you are forced to start your 12 MONTH CONTRACT. That's right, you will also be locked into a 12 month contract with no way out. If you want to cancel make sure to do it early because THREE MONTHS notice is required. You will get reviews, you will get stars...you will have more customer service issues, you will get frustrated with customers not understanding the process and it now being your problem, not Lipscore's, you will get false negative reviews. Weigh your options.
