We changed from Judge.Me for various reasons. Trust Pilot is a joke when you have reviews that are not actually reviews but just moaning about something that could be sorted out with a phone call or email. We even have 1 star reviews that are clearly made up by our competitors and those reviewers never bought any of our products (and we can prove it). Yet... we are still fighting not to be Trusted Pilot months later to remove them. Court action is our next step. Thankfully our LipScore reviews swamp what Trust Pilot has done with lots of genuine 5 Star Reviews :-) As for LipScore... All I can say is brilliant, it works !! The thing I am most impressed with is the onboarding and customer support.
