Not good - customizations of color etc won't push out even though they are published. More than half the time the app is glitchy and can't even get to it.

Spoke with Shopify over a week ago regarding all of the issues with security certificates and no one being able to access the site. I was told they are aware of the issue and they are looking at a fix time of 4 days… that was over a week ago. It’s very frustrating to not have your link work for customers/potential customers. Please fix it Shopify!!

This app has not been w2orking for weeks. Shopify support has kept me on the chat for 3 hrs at a time, 3 different times and it is still not working. the link that link pop generates is not secure and no one can seem to fix it. this app is useless. Shopify support has told me to reinstall and uninstall, use a different device and browser and etc, and STILL no one has been willing to help me or tell me what it keeps giving a server error. This is a problem with Linkpop directly and they refuse to fix it. This app is useless. It has been weeks and no one will help and the link does not work. Useless.

If I could give this app zero stars I would. It was wonderful in the beginning, but then it quit functioning every so often. I would report the outage and go through several hoops with support with no results. But eventually, it would work again. Finally, it stopped working altogether, and I reported it again. I was told the problem was on Instagram side and, there was nothing else Shopify could do. I'm sure you know that it is impossible to get support from Instagram, which is what support advised. This is a terrible app, it is not functional, and it will only cost you time and money, trying to get it to work and experiencing frustrated customers and lost sales.

No funciona, no muestra ninguna estadística. En algún momento funcionó pero ha dejado de enviar datos, asi que no puedo medir el rendimiento de los links.

In the installation process also it gives the below promot. "Prevented visiting a website that presents a data leakage threat Prevented visiting a phishing or fake website designed to trick you into giving away your passwords, credit card details and other private data. You were protected from visiting this website by Kaspersky security. You can close this window with no risk. Hide details Detected at: 7/3/2024 12:31:00 PM Web address: https://linkpop.com/auth/shopify/callbac%3C...%3E Blocked: by Web Anti-Virus Reason: threat of data loss Detection method: databases I understand the risks and wish to continue" * Once I pressed I 'Wish to continue', it lands on a blank URL.

I can't believe that Shopify developed this app. The core logic is very simple, it's just a link aggregator single page subdomain linked to a website. Yet, it's almost ALWAYS DOWN! Our linkpop URL simply returns "The page you're looking for couldn't be found" to the users who try to access it & we've lost business worth thousands of dollars because of this. It's crazy to me that a $100B company like Shopify has failed to develop such a simple application for their own platform.

Idea behind it is good but you can only have a single user within your Shopify store associated with the app. So if the business owner is the one that sets up the app they cannot have a staff member/different user on Shopify manage it as it won't exist for any other users of your store.

I have to start out saying I actually liked the app and how it syncs with my store. It is easy and convenient to use but I give it a one star because of the security issues I've been experiencing. I have this app connected to QR codes, social media, websites, etc and it's a massive pain in my side that I have to switch to another service. I've had an issue for who actually knows how long, that my link is being hijacked by other businesses outside the US. When someone clicks on my link in any of my bios, it redirects them to another company. This could explain large dips in my sales over the last several months, so who knows what has actually been happening. I've contacted Shopify support three separate times about this issue and they insinuated it's a problem on my end with my browser, cookies, or cache. They also can't replicate the issue... To be fair, they can't even figure out how to view my Instagram account which has thousands of followers. So of course they were not able to experience anything I was seeing first hand. I've also tried uploading video with my phone demonstrating my issue, but they only accept a very particular type of video that I was not able to get correct even after downloading the specific app they recommended. I have an iPhone which should have been an easy and seamless upload. After the third complaint and zero answers as to what was actually happening, I've decided to move all my linking services to another company. I don't feel comfortable knowing this is a Shopify product and Shopify cannot give me any answers, if my store is secure, or why this is happening. I have decided to go with a third party paid service. I feel more comfortable knowing my linking and website are totally separate so it won't compromise my store in any way.
