The limechat app is good, smooth, team is helpful. It is an all in one solution for customer support The initial bot support encourages customer interaction until the agents get connected. Promotional side is good only if one actively engages in it(Broadcast,abandoned cart recovery or customer retention), it can bring in adequate ROI. The accounts team is slow with replies and payment update. Our trainer Ananya has shown more responsibility and solved issues when concerned teams are not responding
