We're able to get an in depth look into our customer and their purchase behaviors - what product encouraged the first order, the next etc. Also the cohort analysis on LTV was great. We're able to see which month's marketing helped us bring the highest overall LTV. Also the help from their support team is next level! We're able to clearly see benchmarks and how we compare. A must need in everyone's tech stack.
