Customer service is slow.. but you can at least talk with an actual human.. The down side is, the human's have zero clue of how their software actually works, or that is how it seems. My "account rep" is nice, but again... has zero clue as to how to remedy my issues. The software is very very slow.. this actually takes us about 3x's as long to create a label than what we were experiencing with what I thought was a horrible program.. That horribleness is definitely being challenged at this time as LABL may get the new prize for that title.

Having used Shipstation for over 10 years, I became increasingly frustrated with its frequent technical problems and subpar customer support. Thanks to LABL, I can easily print my orders and get back to my daily tasks, without wasting time resetting or troubleshooting technical difficulties. And whenever I have any questions, the LABL support team responds promptly - within hours, not weeks. In short, LABL is an exceptional shipping software that has surpassed my expectations. Although there are a few minor features that Shipstation had which are currently missing from LABL, I have been assured that they will be added in the next release. Given LABL's demonstrated commitment to listening to their customers and continuously improving their product, I have full confidence that any missing features will be addressed soon. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my decision to switch to LABL and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for dependable and efficient shipping software.

Switching to Smartshyp was one of the best decisions we made for helping our company to grow and to utilize our shipping time better. The program is easy to navigate from finding orders, importing, saving information to auto fill. It has cut our processing time in half. The staff are amazing to work with, as they listen to concerns, thoughts, new ideas. They listen to the individual and how to better themselves through helping you to better your business.

After using other platforms switching to Smartshyp was the best decision we made. The ability to customize the platform and the record breaking time it takes to queue orders has been an invaluable tool to us. Hands on customer service and very easy to integrate different stores is a huge bonus. Their name says it all. You will work smarter not harder.
