KwikEngage has been extremely good for us, more than the product the team and support is really good. Kalyani is our brands POC and has been extremely supportive and helpful in setting up WhatsApp marketing. Highly recommend this to all brand users

WROST MISLEADING STRATEGY. The app is listed as "FREE" on the Shopify App Store, but once installed, it reveals a monthly fee of ₹3,800.00 plus taxes. This kind of bait-and-switch approach is highly disappointing and creates a poor user experience. Please be honest with your pricing on the Shopify app store. I would not recommend this app.

After multiple frustrating experience with other multi channel and whatsapp solutions, we decided to go with Kwik and it has really been of the best decisions we ever made. Its like getting a big part of your operations sorted & stress-free as the platform is easy to use and completely bug-free, most important, our KAM Hari and the team working on any open issues are just phenomenal. Completely worth the higher platform fees, at least our communication channels do not give us a headache now.
