Extremely disappointing experience. We onboarded Kwikengage for a very specific use-case, but the platform failed to deliver on its core promise. Phone numbers were masked without any notice, disrupting our operations overnight. No resolution, no accountability — just follow-up calls to retain the account. Not a reliable partner for serious businesses.

WROST MISLEADING STRATEGY. The app is listed as "FREE" on the Shopify App Store, but once installed, it reveals a monthly fee of ₹3,800.00 plus taxes. This kind of bait-and-switch approach is highly disappointing and creates a poor user experience. Please be honest with your pricing on the Shopify app store. I would not recommend this app.
