Kendall is a high-value app at an affordable price. We love so many things about this attribution tool, including the daily email showing the KPIs that matter most to us. Also, I like how easy and intuitive the dashboard is. Brad and his team communicate transparently via email and Loom videos about updates and thoughts around attribution, CRO, etc. We highly recommend this as the valued option to even the most expensive attribution alternatives.

I love this service. Kendall is run by shop merchants who know the key data and information necessary to build a successful business and they present that data in clear, easy to digest ways that are meant to be actionable by their clients. Kendall is our "goto" data/analytics provider.

Love this app! You will never find a perfect attribution tool, but a tool that assigns a sale to only 1 source is very important none the less! Why pay more for a tool the more you do in orders and revenue. That is 1 of the things I love most about this tool. You get an amazing tool for an amazing flat rate each month. Doesn't matter if my business explodes or shrinks, we pay the same. That being said, I love all of the features that Kendall offers. It also seems like I am getting emailed weekly about new features they are adding. Really enjoy that this is a tool made by a succesful ecom owner for ecom stores and would recommend it to anyone spending money on ads. Thanks again for the tool!

A gem of an app. I'm so impressed with the app and Brad (and his team's) responsiveness. I love how we get insight on how things are going "overall" across all customers, and how new features are constantly being released. (Some of which because I specifically asked for them!) I'll be sticking around for a long time!

I love Kendall. It gives us all the attribution and stats that we need to make informed decisions. We've tried all of the larger competitors' software and Kendall is by far the winner by a long shot, in our opinion. Additionally, the founder is very transparent and accessible. Its dashboard is cleaner and significantly better than Triple Whale's, which, in turn, was ten times better than Northbeam's. I couldn't be happier with Kendall. High performance yet easy to use. I must say kendall is just as effective as the more expensive incumbents in the market. Its user interface is so intuitive and straightforward that even my less technically inclined staff have found it easy to navigate. It allowed me to discontinue using Northbeam, saving costs without compromising on the quality of insights. The clarity of reporting is great – Kendall presents data in an easily digestible format. It's what Google Analytics should have been! The intraday and customizable dashboards are features that I particularly appreciate. They offer a level of detail and flexibility that I didn’t find in Northbeam. Installation and setup took literally 5 minutes since Kendall can read and understand Northbeam's tracking parameters for attribution. This must have been the smoothest app installation I've ever seen!

This is the best low-cost full-feature app you can get for all things analytics. It has improved our view of our numbers by so much. I don't ever leave reviews but I have to with Kendall.

Kendall is my go to app. I've been using it for several months now and I check this app before I check Shopify. I love the simple UI and the ease in which I can get to the data that is important to me. The dashboard is on point and the ability to see customer journey from the main page keeps that critical aspect front and center rather than buried somewhere and "out of sight out of mind." For the price, I'm not sure there is a better value for a tracking suite that offers core functionality plus some usability enhancements over what you get from an app like Triple Whale. Also, the dev is very responsive and they are constantly rolling out new features and UI improvements. I highly recommend.

Kendall is the data analytics tool I've been looking for! Before Kendall, my marketing assistant and I would have to look at multiple dashboards (Shopify, klaviyo, Google, Meta) to try to piece together the relevant data we needed and then she would spend days putting it into charts and graphs so I could access it in an easily digestible format and use it to drive my decision making. Now we have all the data we need presented in a simple and straightforward format easily accessible with just a few clicks in kendall. This app has freed up my assistant to tackle other important tasks we just didn't have time for before kendall. The other thing I really like is that all the data is explainable so you can have the utmost confidence in it. After all, data you can't trust is worthless. Finally, for the first time ever, we can easily see the KPIs for new customers! We've been frustrated for years by knowing that this data existed but we had no way to get it. Thanks to kendal, new customer data is front and center. I have to say that kendall has quickly become our most valuable data analysis tool and has really enabled us to make much quicker data driven decisions. It's easy to use and set up is a breeze. The icing on the cake, is the very reasonable cost.

Super useful app that does 2 important things to me: 1) Gives me quick insights for things I care about. Bonus that it splits up between new and returning customers. 2) Makes me feel much more comfortable about attribution and whether an ad campaign or even a specific ad is performing or not. You simply can't put total trust into the ad platforms #'s any more. On top of that, the dev team behind this are rockstars that truly care about being a best in class offer. They hear and act on feedback to make Kendall better. They run their own Shopify store, so they are in the trenches like we are...so this was built to solve problems for store owners, and not just folks trying to make a buck.

Great app. It lets me easily see which campaigns drive new customer acquisition, which is where I need to be investing my marketing dollars. Large attribution window means it'd give proper credit to my Facebook ads that might take some time to convert. I love that all numbers are verifiable down to every customer visit for every order. And finally, at $95 a month this is the best bargain in the app ecosystem today. If you're running Facebook or Google ads, you need to get this app installed. Setup was a breeze.
