Great app for shopify, helps out so much and I've never had a customer experience that was as good as Kaching. They have top teir customer support reps. Recently, I had a very difficult issue to fix and it seemed like it was impossible to get fixed but my rep named Deividas helped me out a lot and got everything straightened out for me. Helped a lot.

Full customizability of the widget itself is limited, but the support from Deividas was excellent in resolving this manually (although you should be able to personalise it properly without the support)

This app is a huge solution for our store because have the most sense to work with subscriptions. And we got some problems about misconfiguration of one of our products, we sent a request to support, and in less than an our, we got a reply from Dominykas with the correct information about the error, and the quick solution. Had some trouble setting up the widget and customizing the text at first. After contacting support I had a reply within 2 minutes from Deividas who proceeded to do everything for me immediately and exactly how I asked it to be. Best service and widget customization ever!

10/10 customer support. Originally left a 4 star review because of the need to code bullet point benefits into the subscription widget. Changed to 5 stars because they implemented the feature and it's seamless. Great app and the best support team out of any app I've had after 5 years on Shopify.
