Great support from Malvina when first using the app. She gave me lots of assistance where I needed it & also pointed out other features that I would find useful.

I've been a long-time user of Junip, and I recommend it to every founder who asks. It just works exactly how you would hope it does, and we get more reviews as a result of their sleek review request system. We have used the most expensive options in the space, and we regret not moving to Junip earlier. It is a great value and the team is genuinely enjoyable to work with.

So far, Junip has been great! It was a super easy transition from our prior review service at a much better price. Malvina has been an excellent and supportive rep and is always there to answer any questions or concerns that pop up.

I can honestly say it's the best helpdesk experience I've ever experienced. (So all the other reviews that say this, they are right ;-) ) We are still working with the switch from another platform, but as far as we can see now it's all very sleek and well thought out.
